About Me

I am here to help you become the best possible version of yourself

I like to see the best in others which is way I decided to become a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach - because you can't have one without the other.

Food and nutrition just make perfect sense to me; it either makes you happy or it makes you sad and if you keep eating the food that makes you sad for long enough without listening to your body something will go wrong.

Food is a maverick, it mimics, it captures, it makes us the best we can be and also the worst.  For a lot of people I see, food is a drug, it's an addiction, a blanket and not in a good way. A lot of people are not ready to let go of their food habits because they are actually the most personal things they posses.

I look into peoples lives and listen to their stories. I look at their skin tone and facial hue, the quality of their hair, skin and nails. I ask them questions about their bowels and I interrupt all the time!  It is the details that make all the difference - I am thorough because I care and because I am also not the first person to have been asked to help them with their health.  I want to see all of my clients experiencing the best possible version of themselves.  It's in us all.

I have been fortunate enough to train with some of the most influential practitioners in health and wellbeing, Paul Chek, Emma Lane, Reed Davis, Bill Wollcot to name a few. I am also a certified Metabolic Typing Advisor and Functional Diagnostic Nutritional Coach.  My main focus is Gastro Intestinal Health and I have written a course in how to manage Gut clients in private practice for Integrated Health Education Ltd.  I have been in the wellbeing field for 10 years and for 5 years co-ran Move Three Sixty a fully functional gym and holistic health clinic in Hampstead. I founded The Gut Clinic in 2016 which is based at 58 South Molten street in London's Mayfair and I also have a practice in glorious Somerset.  Come and visit me so that I can bring out the best possible you.
